This Week’s Subject For Thought
Learning How To Be Still, and Know That God Is In The Mist of Everything That Comes Your Way Be Still, and Know That I Am God... Psalm 46:10 KJV
For me, being still is giving
God the right-away into my life. Like John the Baptist stated, I must decrease, as He increase! Being still will
allow Him to be the Lord of your life. Which means you will have to yeild to Him in
ALL things. The only right we have is to LOVE Him through our obedience. Being still is knowing that
God has my back at all times. He has proved this to me over and over again. I really really trust
Him in this area of my life. I know if I don't respond to wickness, the very seed someone
tries to plant in my life will come back on them. This cause and effect is simply the principle of
sowing and reaping. Being still is knowing God's Word and knowing that He watches His Word to perform
it. Being still in God will keep your heart in perfect peace; I am truly a witness to that too! When you learn to look to God in every areas of your life - peace and joy will be there. There is no failure in my
God. God wants us to depend on Him totally; without any misgivings whatsoever. He wants us to taste and see how sweet
He is. His love is everlasting! What a great God we serve! And what a Great Father we have. Learn to rest
in Him - Learn to rest in the hedges of protection that He provides for those who loves Him.
