There
are times in every Christian’s life where we go beyond ourselves and began to see things in a way we’ve never
before. A time where we know that what has been spoken to our hearts is so real and true it cannot be denied. A time in which
we are sure it is God speaking to us and not just a good idea of our own. With feverancy, there becomes urgency and
your passion begins to drive you to see what God has spoken to you come to pass. Without a shadow of doubt something
is driving you with confidence to move to the edge of yourself, beyond your capabilities, to an area of trust in God. It is
an unbelievable feeling. Proverbs 3: 5-6 Trust in the LORD with
all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your
paths.
But what happened, where is the passion? Doubt, fear and skepticism entered in and took its place. So many
times we share the dreams that God has placed in our hearts, and because the individuals you shared it with can't see
what has been revealed and confirmed to you, doubt enters in. You begin to question what you saw on the edge (faith in what
was seen in the spiritual realm) and return to what we know in the carnal realm. You began to "feel" the safest
place is away from the edge.
I challenge you to step out and see God's plan through and that is when you will
began to grow in faith. You will begin to have a hunger to follow just like Paul after his experience on the road to Damascus.
(Acts 9:1-22) Trust what the Lord has placed in your heart, be bold and courageous to stay
on the edge of yourself and see it come to pass. Don't procrastinate, don't look for the consent of others, just trust
and obey. Stay in the word, be prayerful and be a doer of the word. James 1:22-25 We are
the body of Christ, and if we allow Him, he will bring it to pass! 2 Corinthians 5:7 for
we walk by faith, not by sight. Roman's 12:2 Do not be conformed to this world, but
be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable
and perfect
